For £200 per month we will design a package for labels who are looking to gain high exposure in the regional press and also on national radio.
If you are in an unsigned band you can work with us for £75 -£100 per month.
We will mail out 150 CDs on a three month campaign to contacts in press and radio including Radio 1, BBC 6, XFM, NME, Rocksound, Kerrang and dozens more including radio, TV, Regional and national press. You will also receive a sample T-Shirt with band logo, online radio play and session on Manilla Radio, feature in industry e-newsletter, biography, profile on Myspace, profile on Manilla PR site, logo design, download on Manilla PR site, weekly report, two week follow up at end of campaign, final report and hard copies.

AGUA DE CHORO
Agua de Choro evolved to offer a new musical alternative, offering a mix of Chorinho and MPB and remaining attached to the roots of Brazilian popular culture.
Agua de Choro’s music adds electronic beats to sax and other percussion instruments. The band is greatly influenced by electronic music, in which they melt organic instruments such as flute, pandeiro and acoustic guitar. Since their debut gig in January 2007, Agua de Choro has succeeded in bringing together two different groups of appreciators to their shows: the traditional chorinho music crowd and electronic music fans.

AMBERSHIFT
AMBERSHIFT formed back in September 2004. The ride has been pretty wild for the North East based four piece, with sell out shows booked every week for months in advance. Resulting in support slots for Electric Six, Kula Shaker, Dogs, Thee Unstrung and Soho Dolls. Writing and recording their debut album Chinatown, a mix of original and truly impressive tunes saw the band sign to independent label Bunker Records earlier this year and following a summer of recording Ambershift are about to embark on a month long UK Tour and release their much anticipated second album 'No More Fuss'.

BONEMACHINE
Bonemachine grew out of Portsmouth's underground dance/electronic scene. Having no drummer they fuse layers of sampled loops and rock guitars with array of acoustic instruments including harmonica, mandolin and bowed double bass. Also joing Bonemachine on WCWCTL is the acclaimed jazz saxophonist Johnny Lippiett.
BONSE
BONSE are a new dance/rock act formed late 2005 by Darren (AKA) BONSE, after working with many dance producers and coming from primarily a rock band F2K. Darren decided to fuse his two passions and form a rock/dance act. His brother was a natural choice for lead guitar. Stuart (former drummer for F2K) jumped at the chance to be part of this innovative project. BONSE are Darren (vocals), Stu (drums), John (lead guitar).

Jocke Samuelson, the man behind BREED has used his burning heart and soul to create something new in rock. This kid grew up in the little town of Norrk Ping, Sweden with an obvious talent of creating rock music. Already in his early teenage years he toured Sweden as a musician with diverse bands and has kept doing this to this very day. Besides touring and playing for other bands all of his life, he has written and produced music continuously through the years.

Not so much a band as a state of mind. Initially, four musicians got together to work on an album project. Gigs followed and the band embarked on a year of recording and mixing … the result? A stunning new album from the talented four-piece which will be released later this year.

EXILE PARADE

CRANE started out at the end of 99 with members of various bands in the neighboring counties. A few months after their start, the band entered the studio to record 4 tracks which soon were all over the internet, making the word CRANE, known to a good majority of listeners in the Quebec/Canadian scene.
MALEFICE - Brutal, uncompromising, violent and powerful. Your biggest fantasy or your worst nightmare. Welcome to ‘MALEFICE’, a supremely confident five piece from Berkshire. With roots firmly entrenched in the Lamb of god/Slipknot mould, their own unique blend of riffs and gut wrenching breakdowns will have the most hard-core fan screaming for more.
LYNCHPIN are a 5 piece metal band creating songs that are both brutal and melodic, often at the same time. Their history as a band spans over 5 years, over this time building up a solid and loyal fanbase due to their incendiary live set built from a mixture of frenetic energy & musical creativity. Their music embraces huge powerful riffs, pounding drumbeats & brutal screams. This will be an all out attack twinned with epic choruses, a relentless journey through musical styles and emotion.
JOHNNY MENTAL first came together in September 2002 with the intention of creating a heavy uncompromising sound, intertwined with melodic sensibilities and catchy hooks. Hailing from the South Wales Valleys, JOHNNY MENTAL began terrorising local venues and at the end of 2002 a 4 track demo was produced which immediately got great reviews and was even playlisted on the Radio 1 Rock Show and Storm Radio.

Spawned in late 2002, RSJ set about constructing heavy groove-laden noise metal that would not only destroy even the most hardened of eardrums but also annihilate any stage that would be naïve enough to take them. Their debut E.P. ‘The Day After’, released in September 2003, paved the way forward for RSJ, gaining sales worldwide through the bands website and helped establish the group with a solid and loyal fanbase.

Problem is the main track, but the single offers 3 B sides- Fall, All for You, and the ballad 'She's Not Worthy' written by Anthony Gliddon when he was only 15 about a woman tackling an abusive relationship.

LYDIA
A sleepy little town in Sweden, not the rock capital of Scandinavia you may think but home to five guys that would eventually form LYDIA. All five grew up listening to bands like Motley Crüe, Guns n’ Roses and Poison.
With a focus on melodic tunes, emotional lyrics and the fantastic voice of Henka, the band’s music turns out to be a balanced mix between melodic pop and arena hard rock. In 2005, LYDIA released their debut album Gloria Can’t Dance on the label NZW Records. The album received great reviews and took the band to a position as one of the most interesting Swedish bands of modern pop.

MACHINE
MACHINE forged its sound over two Bukowski-like years in London. Dragging a laptop and guitar between sofa's and squats, becoming immersed in a cast of artists and villains across the city.
The project finally crashed into an intense residence at the infamous Fortress Studios, Shoreditch in 2006.
Despite bad blood and personality disorders, a handful of outstanding pop songs emerged - swinging from cinematic beauty to Killing-Joke-beating-on-Blondie malevolence MAKE IT BETTER LATER
MAKE IT BETTER LATER were formed in November 2005, the first thing they did was book a gig two weeks later. This caused a panic and so a set's worth of songs were hastily written and rehearsed, before MIBL’s sound was unleashed on an unsuspected small crowd in the Ringside in Hull. From there the band didn’t stop working, gigs we’re booked across the north of the country in Manchester, Leeds and many other places (including, of course, their home town of York).

MARSHA SWANSON is a singer/songwriter from London. With a distinctive English folk-tinged voice and direct delivery, there is a deceptive simplicity to her songs. Her music reflects inspiration from classic singer songwriters such as Carole King and John Martyn, through to the more modern atmospheric soundscapes of Fiona Apple & Beth Orton. MARSHA is currently involved in a writing project with Steve Sidelnyk (programmer/drummer to Madonna) for Canadian artist Kenn Ramm's 4th album from the "Euphoria project", where she features as a guest vocalist and Co-writer.

MOONSHOT create a distinct energizing sound, a blend of music doesn’t fit neatly into a single genre but is an ever-evolving blend of dance, pop, trip-hop, rock and indie influences. This lets MOONSHOT produce diverse songs that are accessible and yet innovative and original. Democracy reigns in MOONSHOT. The band does not have a front man. Instead, all three are equally involved in writing, singing, performing, mixing and production.

NIFTERS
NIFTERS formed in 1999 in Norrköping, sweden as a pure fourpiece punk rock act. Their fast and chaotic punk sound really bared fruit and things started to move immediately. After recording their first demo, the local label Forty-five records released the bands vinyl debut - No Regrets 7 - a split effort with Pitchcan, which quickly sold out.

RECOUP
RECOUP started life during 2003 as a project, but it wasn’t until 2004 that things really started to get going when Mat Wood, on guitars, and Alida Stadler, on drums, joined forces with frontman Pieter Theron to complete the familiar line-up we know today. Alida studied music at the same University as Pieter, and was the drummer for blues band Delta Blue, with whom she has extensively toured and recorded while Mat was the guitarist for UK band Blipscreen.

SMITH 6079
SMITH 6079, the band name is taken from the ‘moniker’ given to main character Winston Smith in George Orwell’s classic 1984 – are on the verge of big things. Following a bunch a demo CDs and MP3s being sent Ray Cooper (former President of Virgin Records USA and MD of Virgin Records UK) flew in from Los Angeles to see the band on a Wednesday night in Manchester and then offered them a management deal the following day.

The bands debut single’ I Feel It’ caused a musical storm, which was whipped up further by the likes of Radio 1, Radio 2, XFM, and even received airplay on Classic FM. The single gate-crashed the iTunes Top 30, No.1 airplay charts in Croatia for three weeks, keeping the Arctic Monkeys from the top spot. Other more surreal news rolled in such as making the Top 10 in the illegal Russian download charts.

WHITBY WORLD MUSIC FESTIVAL
Now in it’s eighth year Musicport World Music Festival announces its full line-up for the weekend which this year includes: Rachid Taha Algerian star whose recent appearance at Glastonbury (as part of Damon Albarn’s Africa Express) was definitive highpoint of the festival for many where he was joined onstage by an all-star cast (including Fatboy Slim, Billy Bragg, Baaba Maal, Amadou and Mariam & the Magic Numbers) for his furious version of the Clash classic Rock El Casbah. Courtney Pine The leading light of UK jazz brings his excellent band up north for what will be a sensational finale to this year’s festival. Varttinna the 11 piece band from Finland fresh from providing much of the musical score for the £25m stage production of Lord of the Rings bring the wonderful traditional music of the Karelia region which is both mystical yet surprisingly danceable.
Other artists also confirmed include Linton Kwesi Johnson the world’s first dub poet & one of Britain’s most influential & unique voices in a rare spoken word performance.
