Rusty Strings

Rusty Strings was orginally formed back in the summer of 2005 but went on hiatus due to time commitments. However as of December 2006 Rusty Strings has reformed and are sounding better then ever.
After a very busy 2007 of gig after gig after gig including a 3 hour Island-wide show on the back of a lorry and playing the annual Bullington Winchester Festival (and not to mention 2 EP releases: "Wooden Puppets" & "When Mars Reaches Saturn") Rusty Strings have decided to add a new member to the band. As of January 2008 Alec Jackson has now joined the band on drums, completing the signature chilled acoustic sound of Rusty Strings aswell as moving the band to a new funkier, rockier sound.
Since then Rusty Strings have completed their first full length 13 track album, ERA which the band released while playing on the back of a lorry circulating Hayling Island. The album can be purchased from any member of the band for £3. If you'd like a copy of the album and can't make it to any of our gigs please message us and we'll see what we can arrange!
