Whatever your listening pleasures may be, The Bittersoundfase delivers a combination of both quirky and dramatization to the table. From the new 2007 singles (Wouldn't you say), (Contagious), and (Wonder), currently rising on the charts on Songvault.FM, to the quirky 2002 album release (disappointed audiofaze), featuring (Fly in a room), (Why i pretend), and Police cover song (S.O.S. Message in a bottle), which made it to the top ten on mp3.com. Singer / Songwriter, Rick Freimuth along with Dan Quimby on bass, and guitarist Ronn Chick are continuing to create a powerful yet unique edge to the music scene. After a two year hiatus due to a mysterious vertigo illness, Rick Freimuth continues to write and produce most of the music, along with Dan Quimby who is now starting to co-write some of the projects material. The Bittersoundfase was originaly formed in the summer of 1999 by ex-Silent Opera members, Rick Freimuth and Dan Quimby. The Bittersoundfase is really more like a solo project. Rick composes and produces most if not all of the bittersoundfase's music, lyrics, artwork, and videos. Dan Quimby and Ronn Chick are used to do some co-writting and producing. Ronn especially is really more like a free agent hired by the bittersoundfase for lead guitar, and background vocal production on recordings and for live shows. Over the last 9 years the bittersoundfase has released an album tittled disappointed audiofaze which landed in some top charting positions on some independent as well as a few major radio and internet stations and other various sites. 5 new singles have also been released in 2007. With a new album due out sometime in 2008, the bittersoundfase keeps moving forward hoping to break into it full throttle. The new singles are currently hitting some college and major independent stations and are available for downloading on various websites. The Bittersoundfase has now moved up from the top ten in Rock Showcase to the top 50 Indie Hit charts. http://www.songvault.fm/ondemand/artist-4001.htm
