Influences: Geological Time. Coordinated Universial Time. Hypnagogic Visions. The wheels of J M Z elevated subway line cars on the elevated track in Brooklyn has a time signature, but what is it? One thing is for sure, at the end it swings: BA BA BA BA buh buh buh/BA BA buh buh. Falconers. Lifers and believers. the elements. Sleazy laundrymats. Turquoises. Giant moths. Diorama makers and the dramatic weather events that plague their imaginations. Animals that want to hurt you. Game trails. Escarpments. Pining, Lust. Anxiety, Fear. moving lines. Runts/Underdogs. Steppes, mountains, high plains and resident warriors and sturdy ponies. Bee hives. Trains on the transom before going over a 1920s bridge across the Mississippi River, and you can tell they haven't got over yet cause the sound hasn't hit the water. Or the Rip Van Winkle Bridge upstate New York that sounds like applause. Grackles, mocking birds, prairie falcons, cedar waxwings, burrowing owls and mexican woodpeckers. The Co-ordnated Universal Time guy on shortwave, robot voices and shortwave broadcasts. also Medium Wave, HAM, Scanners, walkie-talkies and Citizen's Band. The National Weather Service's robot voices, 'for him' and 'for her'.
