From the quiet streets of Huntsville, Alabama, the group MAG’4 [Magnificent 4] is born. Comprised of three rappers – Jason Ervin (J.Erv), Matthew Gibson (Aristotle), and Jacob Marchand (J.Reu) – and one singer, Milton Wynn (Young Tezz), the group fits into the Hip-Hop, Rapand R&B genre. MAG’4, however, sets out to make music that will appeal to all audiences, regardless of age, sex, or race. The group’s unique sound is attained by the diversity of each of its members: J.Reu, born in New Orleans, La and raised in Huntsville, Al uses a mixture of Hip-Hop, Rap, and R&B in his lyrical flow. Aristotle, settling in Huntsville after traveling the states as part of a military family, has a sound that shows direct lineage to East Coast Hip-Hop. J.Erv, born and raised in Huntsville, Al has a rap style that consists of multiple voices and sounds designed to custom fit each track. Lastly, Young Tezz, also born and raised in Huntsville, Al credits Stevie Wonder, Usher, and Ne-Yo as a few of his musical influences. The entire group comes together to write, compose, and arrange all of their songs. MAG'4 was formed in June of 2005 Previously MAG'5. Keith Turner aka Statz, One of the groups members was feeling a little different musically consequently he left the group. At the time Mag'5 had a number of songs recorded with Statz on them so along with the name many songs had to be changed. Having to change the name of the group Mag'5 came up with name such as: Four Brothers, Fantastic 4, 4, 256 Boys....etc. These names did not stick well with the group so finally they just became Magnificent Four(MAG'4). Magnificent 4 has lots of talent, from writing all of there music and two of the group members J.Reu and Aristotle being the producers sets them far from the competition. Mag'4 has created a label Magnificent Ent. for artist that they see that have potiential to be just as good as they are. As a group they are not just business partners but also best friends as you can clearly see on (http://www.youtube.com/jreu) . MAg'4 plans to drop there first Major single "Oh Yeah" which is to be Huntsville's anthem in May, 2008 and the Music video shoot to be in July of 2008. MAG’4 has been performing in Huntsville and surrounding cities for over two years. The group has developed a large fan base in their hometown and an even larger fan base via their myspace.com music page(http://www.myspace.com/magfour) . Not having a market that can break their records, however, the group decided to take their project to Atlanta, Georgia. In Atlanta, the group has access to artist development and a wealth of showcases and open mics. MAG’4 is the next big Trendsetters out of the South and plans to take the music industry by storm!
