About Me

Started out in 1999 as a crappy little rockabilly cover band from Poughkeepsie NY.
Paid our dues in the local bars and somehow added 10 points of IQ and wrote some original rockabilly/psychobilly/surf material.
Three tunes from our forthcoming CD are in the rotation.
"Psychobilly Boogie" is a tune I wrote about the most out-of-control guy I know, Jake Smalz, our former bass player.
"Sugar" is a tune about the one-and-only Sugar from Lords of the Highway. I wrote it after seeing them for my first time at The Hook in Brooklyn, NY. Every guy in the audience was in a trance over her performance.
"Jesse James" is about some biker that I knew in the "old" days from NYC and not about the reality welder/bike-builder from TV land.
Hope you enjoy them.
I'll put some others in rotation next month.
We've been on hiatus from performing for a while. Jake and Chris have departed and I'm recruiting a new bassist and drummer. We hope to be out and about soon.
Hope to see y'all. Everyone seems to have some sort of policy, stated or not, for adding friends... here is ours.
We will add any friend request regardless of the requestor's sex, age, religion, race, color, ethnic background, sexual persuasion, group/club/political affiliations or other perversions no matter how tame or offensive their personal profiles may be. We consider "myspace" profiles an art form and judge them as such.If you have any problem with any individual friend on our list, either past, present or future, take it up with them or Tom.All we ask is that you enjoy our music and that you make an "add friend" request.
..However, we will leave (a) comment(s) on every friends profile. While they won't be critical they may not be innocuous. So, if you have a problem with comments or don't have a sense of humor, don't add us!!Thanks,
Johnny
