CafeCure.com is dedicated to my Grandfather (died of Cancer), my Grandmother (died of Cancer), Chris (30year old Friend of my wife Debbie who died of Cancer and never smoked, drank, or did anything unhealthy),and my father in law who is battling not only Diabetes but now Lymphoma.
I have a beautiful wife and two beautiful daughters. I hope and pray they don't have these battles. I hope and pray that I don't have these battles. I hope and pray for a cure.
Cancer (Breast, Lung, Brain, Ovarian, Skin), Autism, Diabetes, Lung Disease... and the list could go on and on. Everyone has been either directly or indirectly touched by one or more of these diseases. Cafe Cures goal is to raise the awareness of these diseases. It is our hope that we will be able to raise not only awareness but help with donations to various organizations. It is our little part that we hope might make some difference in someone's life. It is your little part to help spread the word. Yes, we all have seen commercials, bumper stickers, ribbons, t shirts, that all say the same thing... "help raise awareness." You may look at these things and feel that enough is being done. How wrong you are! In fact, not enough is being done to help raise awareness for Cancer, Autism, Diabetes, Lung Disease, and more because a cure has not been found! When will you stand up and be heard? When will your voice shout out that you have had enough? Don't wait until one of these diseases moves from indirectly effecting you to directly effecting you, your family, your friends, your life.
