Burnt Ramen

An Unsafe Place for All Ages!

About Me

Burnt Ramen was founded in 1994 as a recording studio in West Oakland by MYKEE.
In 1998 Mykee was kicked out of his space and moved to Richmond, CA
The space in Richmond was big enough to hold shows.
The shows increased in number and size after John the Baker moved to the warehouse from Woodstock, NY in 2000.
With the hard work of organizers/promoters such as Mike 'Oppressed Logic', Marcus Da Anarchist, Jay Unidos, Pete Benumb, Carlos Antagony, Scotty Deadfall and others Burnt Ramen became a favorite place to see live music in spite of it's remote location in a crime-ridden ghetto.
We'll add you even if you have no idea what Burnt Ramen is about.
But it's about time you learned!
