The Vocal Ensemble ‘Wishful Singing’ comprises of Anne Christine Wemekamp, Suzanne Verburg, Marjolein Verburg, Annemiek van der Ven and Marjolein Stots; five young, classically trained female singers, who all share a great love of a cappella music.
Over the past few years ‘Wishful Singing’ has frequently appeared in concert all over the Netherlands to great acclaim. As well as beautiful classical works, the quintet also performs close harmony and pop music arrangements, displaying a great feeling for humour and theatricality.
