Emerald Morales was born in Manila, Philippines. She is the youngest of six children from her mother's side and one of the eldest from her father's side of the family. She learned early on life's difficulties while her mother supported the whole family single-handedly. With life's learning experiences, she grew up to be humble, down-to-earth and appreciative of every little thing life has to offer.
At an early age, Emerald has been a part of every pageants and modeling contests in her school and community. She was discovered by a talent scout for Elite Model Philippines while shopping with her mother and sister at the age of 17. It was when she started to discover her passion for modeling.She remained on pursuing modeling on the side while she was finishing her studies in De La Salle University-Philippines. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with Concentration in Management Accounting in 2002.After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles to seek a "greener pasture" for herself and her family. It was also when she met her father for the first time. She pursued her career in Accounting during the first couple of years of living in Los Angeles. But it was not very long until she got back to pursuing what she loves - MODELING.She currently holds the title of Finance Manager for an E-Commerce Company in Downtown Los Angeles and still manages to book modeling jobs.She believes that life is too short to NOT spend it on something you are really passionate about... "If you don't do it NOW, you might not have that chance ever again." She learned this the hard way when her mother passed away in September of 2007. Her mother was tough and she will always remember her hard work, perseverance and most of all, her beauty.
