About Me

As a former NYC jazz saxophonist/composer, the Lord from the very beginning placed on my heart my fellow professional musicians. He has blessed me with degrees from two major conservatories and performance/composition experience in the professional arena before calling me to the ministry full-time as an associate pastor. As God has allowed me to occupy two professions concurrently, associate pastor and professor at a local university, I have three passions: to lead professional musicians to our Lord; to plug them in to a church to serve, and to educate church-goers how to improvise their worship by giving them the tools to express themselves without limitations in the voice (style) God has blessed them.Check out my wife and the music we have done together - click on the Indieheaven banner below - and search for Andrea Parker!!! On Being a Practicing Christian
