Anything by Terry Pratchett, in particular Discworld series which I hope to make films out of one day when I grow up; The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde; I like to find an author I enjoy reading and then read all their books, I like serials, I also like to re-read the books I particularly love: as a child, I read Little Women probably in excess of 60 times over the course of several years. I don't go to those extremes so much anymore though
