Id is a newly formed band conceived by Vancouver bassist Scott Archibald. Heavily influenced by funk, punk, prog rock and jazz, id features some of Vancouver's finest young musicians: Colin Burke: guitar, Sam Cartwright : drums, DJ Chipper: turntables (1916) ,Ryan Glasgo: sax (Face Down), Adrian Lock: organ and percussion (Face Down), Pat Archibald: E-Bow guitar and Scott on bass and vocals. The four song E.P, "Other Worlds " is out and was recorded by Sam Ryan at SOS Studios in Vancouver B.C. A full length album is in the works for late 2008.
