About Me

I don't like to brag or anything but I play a mean guitar, I can fake on the bass and paino, and I can play the drums just well enough to be awful. I'm a hell of a cook, I can lift 250 lbs over my head, I wrote the Delcaration of Independance, The Bible, and Gone With The Wind. I circumnavigated the globe doing the backstroke, I performed at all three Woodstocks, and I invented water... but I don't like to brag or anything.

My personal philospy is really a mixture of lennin and marx. (John and Groucho that is.) When I think about the complexities of life, if I can't make sence of them, I just make a joke. It's just much easier that way.

My Interests

Live Music, Guitar, Flicks and Films (there is a difference), and everything new to discover.

I'd like to meet:

No pretense, no drama. Just people that want to hang out, throw back a drink and enjoy this thing called life.

Music:

Anything that thumps with a good melody. Locally, Head, Jealousy Curve, IKE, Overlook, Nosphere --Nationally -- The Strokes, The Smithereens, the Stones, Van Halen, Outcast, The Police, Izzy Stradlin, Prince, The Black Crowes and even Bon Jovi. Yes, I'll admit I like Bon Jovi God Damnit.

Movies:

LA Story, Spinal Tap, The Ususal Suspects, High Fidelity, Star Wars (Yeah I'm still a kid at heart) Stand By Me, and many many more...

Books:

The Davinci Code, Lies, and the Lying Liars who tell them, The Catcher in the Rye, Wake me When It's Funny (Garry Marshall's Auto Biography), Harry Potter, The Dictonary, The Telephone Book, and The Encyclopedia but only up to F. After that they just started selling out.

Heroes:

Too many to name ok lets try anyway, John Lennon, Robert Johnson, Jimi Hendrix, Thomas, Jefferson, Ben Franklin, Lenny Bruce, George Carlin, Tom Dowd, Bruce Fairbairn, Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs, and Rocky & Bullwinkle.
