The LPG 'Social RULES to make my life easier'
1) I lists punk* gigs in London... That’s all! I don't promote, put on or organise ANY gigs myself. So don’t ask for gig slots, please. PLEASE!
2) All the info on this page is compiled in DIY fashion, FYI only with right reserved and all that bollocks... It’s up to you to contact the venue or check their web page to make sure the info I listed is correct. Don’t come crying to me because they charged you a pound more than I listed - I will just point a finger at you, laugh and call you emo…
3) I WILL ONLY ADD PUNK* BANDS FROM THE UK. I will not (not not not never ever no no) add bands from outside the UK. Sorry, but I chose to keep this a local thing to make it manageable - for me - not you.
4) Bands or artists or general other titwanks who have nothing to do with punk* will be denied for reasons that should be more than obvious. So all you hip little indie bands... Nooooooooo!!!!!
5) This is not an classifieds page. I do not promote anything or anybody. Therefore I don't add shop, brand or clothing pages. The ONLY exception is All Ages Records MySpace , because they rule!
6) If you advertise anything but Punk* gigs (or closely related events) happening in London on this page - I will delete your comment - and possibly you too...
7) I will make fun of you, your mum, and your spelling mistakes if you decided that you thought that you might be just a little bit exempt from these rules. If I ignore a message you have sent me or I deny your friends request (even several times) without warning or explanation, it's most likely because you haven't read all of them well enough. I am rude, and I don't give a rat's ass.
8) I check every single add request myself (yes, just little me), and I accept it only at my discretion. This is after all still my page, right? Oh, and please have patience if you are a band requesting as sometimes the new MySpace player doesn't like Firefox.
9) I've had a couple of people let me know that they find it hard to use the page at times as it takes a long time to load if your internet connection is a little slow. If you have followed the above stuff and get the gist, then you are more than welcome to comment your flyers on my page. Just bear in mind the poor kids who still suffer a shitty dial-up connection, yeah? Keep it within what's reasonable.
