Film, reading, writing, most sports, movies, TV, long, drawn out conversations till the wee hours in the morning, and the number 1 interest for John Beach...sincere, authentic people.
Oh, and photography. Please see my photography in my photos section. Thank you!
I'd love to meet Rosalee Futch (played by Kate Bosworth) in WIN A DATE WITH TAD HAMILTON and Allie Hamilton (played by Rachel McAdams) in THE NOTEBOOK.I just love people. I miss the down to earth people in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I yearn to meet more authentic and sincere people that reside here in Los Angeles. So, if you're cool, down to earth and have a sense of humor I'd love to chat. Actually, I'll talk anyone, and possibly meet some of those people!

I've really been getting into Jazz and Blues lately. Miles Davis and John Coltrane are my favorites. Joshua Redman can blow a serious horn, Wynton Marsalis, Bill Evans, McCoy Tyner, Dave Brubek... I can go on forever about Jazz.
I also like Rage Against the Machine, Tool, Korn, Matallica, U2 (I have just about every CD, 10 or 11 total), Coldplay, The Counting Crows, AudioSlave, Lincoln Park and most recently Damien Rice.
Oh, and Flogging Molly...but that's the Irish in me coming out!
This could be a long one. I work in the Entertainment Business, so film is pretty much my passion. Just to name a few:
Memento, American History X, Magnolia, American Beauty, The Insider, The Big Lebowski, EuroTrip, Office Space, Old School, Fight Club, Seven, Usual Suspects, Oh Brother Where Art Thou, Pulp Fiction, Adaptation, The Royal Tennenbaums, Lost in Translation, Little Miss Sunshine, Crash, Austin Powers, So I Married an Axe Murderer, Fahrenheit 9/11, The Princess Bride, Full Metal Jacket, Office Space, Primal Fear, 28 Days Later, Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, Big Daddy, The Wedding Singer, Mr. Deeds, The Sixth Sense, The Manchurian Candidate, The Shawshank Redemption, All Indiana Jones movies, Goodfellas, Apocalypse Now, Brave Heart, Blow, Traffic, The Ice Storm, Less Than Zero, LA Confidential, Say Anything, Jerry McGuire, Almost Famous, Better of Dead, Zoolander, Forest Gump, Kill Bill, Mystic River, Sling Blade, What About Bob, Grounghog Day, Traffic, Goodfellas, Waiting for Guffman, Best In Show, Dodgeball, Bowling for Columbine, Garden State, Closer, Dazed and Confused, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, The Goonies, The Motorcycle Diaries, Antwone Fisher, Sneakers, Vertigo, The Rope, Ray, Eternal Sunshie of the Spotless Mind, 50 First Dates, Playing by Heart, The Girl Next Door, Mean Girls, Win A Date With Tad Hamilton, The Notebook...
Well, that's all I'm going to mention right now. I'm sure I'll be back and update regularly.
ENTOURAGE on HBO, Friends and Seinfeld were great shows. Oh, The X-Files. That 70's show, David Letterman, Grey's Anatomy, CSI, Cold Case...
This is another long one: Dan Brown, Bret Easton Ellis and Chuck Palanuik are my favorite authors. The Five People You Meet in Heaven, The Talbot Oddysey by Nelson DeMille, The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, The Dead Room by Robert Ellis, anything by Stephen King. The Darwin Awards by Wendy Nortcutt, Geek Love by Kathleen Dunn. There's more, I just can't think right now. Oh, Cold Case Squad by Edna Buchanan. And, let me just say, that even with all the controversy, A Million Little Pieces by James Frey is still a damn good book!
Oh, I just recently joined a book club, so hopefully this list will grow, and grow, and grow...
My father, who died when I was 16 is my hero. I strive to live a life of truth and integrity just like he did. He was a man of substance! That's me, that's what I want to be.
