Pedro Frias was born in Portugal, in 1976. By the time he was 8 he started to study music. First the piano, and five years later, his passion, the spanish guitar! ____________________________________________________________ ___ He has now more than 5 albuns composed, and some beautiful song’s in a very unic style. With a past full of diferent influences, Pedro Frias has been considereded one of the most versatible and talented guitarrists known, and that’s why he was invited to Porto’s Coliseum in 2007, during a Festival called GuitarFest, to make a WorkShop of classical/spanish guitar._____________________________________________________ __________Among that, and being well respected as guitarrist, he design this new kind of mixing the classical guitar in a world music. His band, Pedro Frias Band, (www.pedrofriasband.com), has a all kind of different (mostly acoustic) sounds, and perform in an Auditorium as well as they do in open air.Pedro Frias likes to play with a certain number of musicians and doens’t mind to let then have their own space as well, during the concert’s.It’s not all about his own performance, he says.
