A little from column 'A' ....
A little from column 'B' ....
We seem to be split into 2 distinct camps on here ;
A - People who live and die by the eye.
B - People who communicate creativity and honesty.
Still odds are every 2-300 hundred people you meet,
there is a good one in there somewhere .....
so I would in conclusion, like to meet 2-300 people
every 4-5 months please ...
looks like I'm an avatar, who might go far .....
so that adds up to roughly 900 people a year ....
minus breakage .. or I could just board up the windows and gouge my own eyes out with a spoon ...
options, options .... oh the humanity...
iPod will deaf me make ....this is plain weird/amazing
"You Me and Everyone We Know" , "Nine Lives", "Happiness", "The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada ", "Downfall", "Shooting Dogs", "The Hostel" are all well worth an outing ..Also I love Horror/Sci Fi such as "The Thing". Nick Cave writes again; 'The Proposition' ace adventure into the Dirty Toothed, grime of the Victorian outback, culture clash, morality clash, great dark, violent movie .. "The (original) Producers" how funny is that film, "Baise Moi" made me laugh, although I'm not so sure it was supposed to. 'Kiss Kiss Bang Bang' was well written and performed, 'La Reign Margot' violent and stylish, 'The Deer Hunter' after ages, amazing performances and what a cast. Last few weeks/months; 'Donnie Darko' 'American Beauty' 'Doctor Strangelove' and 'Crash', The Curzon Soho is my favourite cinema, with its Q&A with directors. I watch tonnes of films, many with subtitles, in black and white, where not much happens, with strange music and meaningful subtext. Favourites would include; 'Wings of desire' 'Apocalypse Now' 'Pi' 'Amelie' 'Taxi Driver' 'Blade Runner' 'Alien' and the brilliant 'Team America World Police' to start the ball rolling .... Praise be the BitTorrent ........... while it lasts ...
Throw the TV overboard we are taking on water !! Anyone who doesn't get the BBC's latest 'Planet Earth' is a gimp ...
