About Me

Hello, my name is Lori, I am a personal trainer/nutritional consultant here in HB. I do gym and "in-home training"...basically I come to you. I travel all over OC and also have a gym I can train you at as well. In-home training is amazing for the people that cannot get to a gym or for anybody not wanting to work out in front of other people. Most of my clients are stay at home mom's, the elderly and I have a few that just want to get in shape before joining a gym. Anyway, more about me. I have a very positive mental attitude...which is very important in my line of work (I mean we've all had the trainer that spends the whole session complaining...not motivating). I LOVE helping people achieve their goals and boosting their self esteem. I know all about low self esteem and a negative body image... I had an eating disorder throughout HS and well into my late 20's. I believe that's what lead me to this profession and it makes me that much more knowledgable in what I do.Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
