My Interests

I will just list a few. I love sport, Love run Marathon and do triathlon. Play soccer, swim and I also love train people. I love see the result that a good workout bring to people. I love read and unfortunately I don't have much time for it, but still want read the Da vinci Code. Did you read it?...

I'd like to meet:

People who are friend, open mind, down to earth and who like to enjoy good time. Don't worry if you are fit. lol. I will not be doing a fitness evaluation on you but of course if you get interested I can give you tips and informations of how to get fit, eat health, improve your energy and eat well....

Music:

Wow... a lot. I am a music fanatic. I don't have my favorite music. It's depend on my mood. I like salsa, rap, classic, oldies... sometimes I just want listen 70s and relax. At the moment I am studing the best music effect on out body. The best music for relax and concentration, the best music for exercise routine and fitness and how it will improve ou way of life....

Movies:

Action, romance, classic, maybe all plus etc... Don't see a lot but like a lot of them. Even finding Nemo....

Television:

Sorry... can not list. I can sit and change 45 chanels in 30 min and that is it. I spend to little time on my TV....

Ummm..... Mike tyson? hehehe... just kidding. When I finished my first marathon almost dead I thought that every body who finish a marathon is a hero. It is amazing how hard is to run 26.2 miles pushing for 2 hours.
