The Ypsitucky Colonels

A family sized bucket'o'fun! & trans fat free!!

About Me

MyGen Profile Generator The Ypsitucky Colonels combine the rest of two legendary Ann Arbor-area bands. Cols. R Baker, Tom Robbins and Adam Berg joined up in the fabulous garage-rockers, The Boomerangs, which enjoyed a successful, two-year run before Mom and Dad kicked them out of the garage for having too much fun. In the Ypsitucky Colonels, they are joined by Will Stewart, of the loveable alt-country upstarts, Corndaddy, to create a hybrid of both band’s sounds, while creating an entirely new monster. Think of it as Pub Rock and Power Pop meeting Country Rock out in the Garage. The Colonels have been been pressing their white suits, polishing their Beatle boots and learning to tie those nifty, Sanders-esque bowties in an effort to bring some bourbon-soaked rock ‘n’ roll to the masses.
