WHO I AM

First, I am an active and creative thinker. I have so many ideas, and things I want to do. I hold no limits on what I can do. To me, the mind is our greatest gift, and it can create any world you can imagine.
I've been to Africa, seen some of the poorest people in the world who also happen to be the happiest people I've ever met. I came to a realization that there is much more to be seen out there than what you expect. There are worlds different from yours, there are problems greater than the insignificant issues we complain about daily. You should never take for granted what you have

I am active in maintaining a healthy body and mind. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." We all have the resources, information and the opportunity to be preventative and care for our health, why not use them? I value learning and teaching in most of its forms, and I strongly believe that it is important to learn your lessons, and learn new things constantly. Our current education system is producing educated people who cannot solve problems, make decisions or think on their own. We teach to be taught instead of teaching to learn. It is a horrible broken system which does little for development of capable and industriously independent people.

I am a singer/songwriter. I've been writing for years. I pursue music more as a private endeavor as an emotional outlet for myself and to share it with friends. All things come with practice and there was a lot of practice involved!
I have an amazing group of friends. I love meeting new people and I always want to make new memories. When you going to the top you will find it is hard to understand why people are at still waiting at the bottom -- I don't seem to find many who share my vision or ideas. I think that the ability to get ourside of ourselves and understand others is a quality lacking in a lot of people as is determination and focus...and well there you go!

GET WITH THE PROGRAM

I am active in the wellness industry and I work with the 12 month Millionaire Coaching Program. I select one person every month and work with them for 12 months! In this program you will learn how to develop your mindset, how to build an international business using cutting edge wellness technologies that are unique, effective and globally patented and build a financial income using residual income streams. "When the student is ready..." the plan will appear.

If your PLAN is to be poor - keep working 40 hours a week, trying to save money as it loses value, invest in 401k and mutual fund stocks and trade your time for money, keep telling yourself you are moving up the corporate ladder, keep asking for raises and keep believing that what you are doing repetitively is working and cross your fingers in hope that you can stop at age 65 and retire.

If you PLAN to be rich - First you will have an actual PLAN. Don't take advice from people who aren't where you want to end up. Your stockbroker drove to work in what? Start by first transforming your mind. You must be willing to leave your old reality and failures behind. Read books, attend seminars, lose your fear of failures and learn to challenge your self-doubts and learn to love challenges because they are a growth process.

I have a background in developing companies and over the last few years I have been learning and working in real estate/mortgages. My goal was to learn a tremendous amount to further my goal of becoming a successful real estate investor. - Mission Accomplished!
I have many personal goals which I set for myself which I must accomplish. I believe strongly in always developing new goals, challenging yourself and understanding that the smallest accomplishments begin to add up. You must be willing to sacrifice what you want now, for something you want even more later - if you don't know what you want, then you are destined to fail.

GROWTH GOALS

To continually better myself through learning, teaching, applying new ideas and creating good habits. To teach and motivate others to see that better is always possible, and to provide the way to changing lives. To educate and teach people to see from the perspective of solutions, not problems. To build a strong, trusting and loving relationship with my family and friends. To be well liked, trusted and respected by showing a genuine interest in others.

MY PERSONAL GOALS

1-3 Month Goal: Exeprience the excitement of Growing both my businesses by 1 person/mo. Create residual income exceeding $500/mo. Payoff one annoying debt to $0. Never have less than 2k in cash. 12 Month Goal: Have the reward of having helped thousands of people. Be debt free. Have my dream car paid off. Own a home. Have 7-10k/mo in residual income. and never less than 10k in cash. 3-5 Year Goal: Knowing the feeling of having helped thousands more people with health and finances. Have a foundation that helps teach others. Be part of giving opportunity to those that do not have access to it in 3rd world countries. Have $5million in assets. Own one or more beach homes, vacation homes and home in the mountaints. Have the joy of being able to have my family together when we want to be.

You must be willing to change your perspective on reality and not be afraid to break boundaries - especially the invisible ones you create inside yourself.

I am always creating new opportunities and always seeking people and resources to develop these ideas into reality. Ideas are great, action+ideas is better, a positive outcome is best. Most people do not know what they want and have no idea to get it if they did know. Have you written out your plan? If no, then your plan is to fail!
I have just launched my company BWEIS.com. With a focus on solutions for families in foreclosure. I have designed the program called FRESH START - it is the only solution for people who may be losing their home to foreclosure and who want to start over.

WHERE ARE YOU FROM?
Im not from California, although I was born here. I moved here from Minnesota via a short stop in Las Vegas. I'm incredibly easy going but if I don't like your mindset, I probably won't give you much time. Physically I'm taller than most in the crowd,... I walk with extreme confidence that comes from knowing what I want and having a plan to get it.

WHAT I LOVE
I am a music lover and musician. I'm a self taught guitarist, singer/songwriter. I love to continually learn new things, and I think having a childlike curiosity is a valuable character trait. The world intrigues me. There is always a chance to see beauty unless you don't look. Reading inciteful and powerful books, meeting and getting to know interesting people. I love to unwind and relax and am a big movie fan. To be able to escape - nothing compares to going to movie theater and enjoying a good time. Although it doesn't take money to enjoy the company of good friends and family. I can always see the positive side of things and laugh. A persons character can be measured by the things which make him mad, I have extreme self-control and I don't have a temper, but this wasn't always the case. Consciously choosing ignorance is not appealing. We are given the beautiful gift of a mind so capable of creating anything we want - and most people decide to ruin it. Being around destructive people will destroy you. Being around stupid people will make you stupid. There are no winners in an argument - so its not worth making one. Humor is life -- you are made to smile, and to be truly happy, so why not just be that.

FAMILY
My family is BIG -- 10 of us, yeah thats 8 kids. My parents are a wonderful example of a great marriage after 42+ years. I have so many of nieces and nephews... 21 now! I love kids, being an uncle since I was 8 years old. Realize how intelligent and joyful we are when we are just born - I think there is a lesson to be learned there.
