Club Black N White
Europe’s legendary urban music club, situated in the heart of the Ayia Napa town square. Club Black & White first opened it’s doors in the mid 1980’s and since then has earnt the reputation of being one of the hottest nightspots in Europe. Sticking firmly to it’s music policy of Hip Hop, R&B, Soul and Swing, Club Black & White also enjoys international fame as being the home of new black music on the island of Cyprus. Over the years Club Black & White has seen out many music phases and still stands strong in the heart of European clubbing. It’s also the home of many top named international events and celebrity artists and dj’s to name but a few, Sniper, Tim Westwood, Shortee Blitz, Rampage, BBC 1XTRA, CHoice Fm London, Kiss100 London as well as having played host to many live international radio broadcasts in the past. Club Black & White is the creme de la creme of urban music and a must for anyone who loves the music and has a passion for the vibe. Club ICE
The Home of International Promotions. Club Ice is one of the biggest and well respected clubs on the island of Cyprus. With a capacity of well over 1500 people, and state of the art lighting and sound system, many major international events have taken place here. The most recognizable to date was the first ever appearance by an American Rap/hip hop star in Cyprus, Memphis Bleek, who appeared at the club for a one night only performance in the summer of 2004, alongside Ayia Napa Sounds’ very own Sniper. Other events which have taken place here include TwiceasNice, Tim Westwood’s Radio 1, Trevor Nelson’s Rhythm Nation, as well as many other big named events and A-list celebrities. During the summer months, Club Ice plays host to Europe’s premium urban music events, TwiceasNice, as well as the MTV Lick dj parties, as well as not forgetting the highly succesful and popular foam parties which coincidentally, Club Ice hosts the largest one in Europe!! Open 7 nights a week during the summer months, don’t forget the pre-parties at Havana Bar and Bazaar Bar.
Havana Bar
Havana Bar is Ayia Napa’s leading urban music bar. It’s also famed as being the best open aired bar in Ayia Napa and has a very relaxed and casual Carribean theme. Durin the summer months, Havana bar is packed out to capacity with lovers of urban music and it is officialy the pre-party to Club Black & White. By tradition the resident dj’s from Black & White play here, and this also is the home of Trevor Nelson’s Rhythm Nation European Tour. Live filming has also taken place here for several European networks covering the music scene, to name but a few, Kiss TV, MTV BASE as well as several Middle Eastern stations. Havana Bar has the best R&B vibes in the resort, and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing! As it’s the official pre-party to Black & White Club, all of the clubs events are promoted here, with many prize give aways and promotions taking place over the summer months. Be sure to have a go on the Playstation tournaments which are carried out on the big screens above Havana Bar for your chance to win bottles of Champagne, CD’s, and free tickets to our other clubs! Bagleys Club
The newest rebranded club in the Melas Group of Companies highly succesfull entertainment empire. Club Bagleys has taken its name(but is not associated with) Bagleys Club in London, which is famed for upfront funky house and old school classics. Formerly known as Inferno, Club Bagleys has undergone a considerable transformation in recent years, and is now officially Ayia Napa’s only funky house and old school club classics venue. Playing the very best funky house, with dj’s from the UK at the cutting edge of the dance scene. Multi-award winning DJ EZ, also plays exclusively to Club Bagleys during the summer months, with exclusive 3-4 hour sets once a week/2 weeks. Open 7 nights a week during the summer months.
