HERE IS A SHORT BIO OF WARREN"S LIFE.
Although it is hard for him to talk about it he wants people to know that no matter what your struggles are in life there is always hope and a way to stay positive.
Warren has full custody of his 14 year old handicapped son Aiden and has raised him basically by himself until he remarried in 2007. His son has Spinal Muscular Atrophy and needs 24 hour care.
Warren Grew up in Moundville, Alabama were his father died when he was 3. His mother soon remarried to a violent alcoholic and they suffered years of brutal physical and mental abuse, until they escaped to Florida.
Warren developed a nervous system disorder called Turret Syndrome at the age of 12 and was brutally picked on and beat by kids at school and was even forced to sit in the front of the classroom and be heckled, punished and spanked on the hand with a wooden paddle by his teachers his 4th, 5th and 6th grade years.
People did not understand Turret Syndrome or what it was in the early 80s and it is still laughed upon and mad fun off till this day, Warren states there is nothing funny about the disease.
He decided that an athletic life, proper diet, martial arts, meditation and faith were better than taking the drugs for the disease that basically just knocked him out and in later years were found to make the disease worse.
He still has the disease, but a very mild form that is barely noticeable. He credits his healthy lifestyle to making him better, but it still can be a burden on him.
Warren was living on the streets at the age of 15 as he and his mom parted ways and he started drinking and doing drugs to dull the pain of his childhood.
He was an excellent athlete at Football, Martial Arts, Baseball,Basketball,Track and Wrestling and He had college's looking at him for Wrestling and Track Scholorships.
Warren ran a mile in 4 min 26 secs at the age of 15 and was on his way to one day breaking the World Record mile time.
His future finally started looking bright when his wrestling coach found out he was homeless and took him in.
Things were going great and he finally had some stability in his life but a year later when the school found out he was living with the coach they fired the coach because he did not have legal custody.
Warren was once again homeless and sleeping were ever he could find shelter. He had to quit school and find a job doing construction so he could get a car and small Apt and try somehow once again to find some kinda stability in his life.
He started performing in bands at night to make Xtra money and became obsessed with writing songs as he found it as a way to get things off his chest and talk about his pain and thoughts.
Songwriting was his therapy and when he was 19 he quit drinking and drugs and has never touched anything since, not even a sip of wine.
Warren married his 1st wife in the 90s and his son Aiden was born, who was later diagnosed at two years of age with Spinal Muscular Atrophy and told by Dr's that he wouldn't live past 5 years of age.
Warren was doing well and finally had a family of his own, his music career was taking off and he was offered a record deal to start touring overseas.
The news of his son's diagnosize hit him hard, and to top it off his wife and son's mother ran off and choose not to be apart of either of their lives anymore.
Warren made a decision to turn down the record deal as he could not abandon his son, he grew up without a father or stability and would not ever think about leaving his son for his dream no matter how bad he wanted it.
After the divorce his son developed Phuemonia and almost passed away in the hospital after 14 days, the Dr's said he would not make it thru the night. Warren wrestled with God in his prayers and was angry and prayed and cried all night at his son's bed side for God to not take his son.
In the early morning hours he became at peace, and told God that he will accept what ever God decides and he trusts in him 100%.
Just then Warren felt a force come into the room an go thru his body, it was an amazing feeling and comforting, He thought it was the Angels coming to take his son so he cried but it was tears of Joy cause he knew everything would be ok, Aiden continued to breathe.
The Dr's came to do X-rays that morning and later told Warren that Aiden was completley healed, and that they cant explain it. His lungs were totally clear with no signs of infection and he was released from the hospital that day.
Aiden is still beating the odds and Warren takes every day as a blessing. Saying it is hard to keep your head up every day and not worry or sink into a depression, you have to stay strong for your kids. There is no time to be weak. But it hurts like hell.
Aiden is one of the happiest kids you will ever meet and is two grade levels ahead in his schooling, Warren has always been honest with his son and taught him about life and God and Faith, It hasn't been easy seeing his son go thru so much but Warren's life has always been hard.
It has been hard for him to see his child be disabled and hurting and have his mother abandon him.
Warren still teaches a positive outlook and to keep your head up high to his kids and it has paid off.
Warren knew he was destined to be a singer/songwriter but the stress of raising his handicapped son alone and running his own web design business and auto detailing business left no room for the rigors of band life.
He sold all his equipment and moved to the small town of Okeechobee, Florida and did most of his Auto Detail work on The Seminole Indian Reservation and was a weekend bouncer at the famous 8 Seconds night club.
Being away from music was tearing Warren apart but he kept it all together for the sake of his son's well being and happiness.
It was hard to find a women and mother who wanted to be a part of Warren And Aiden's life cause Aiden was in a wheelchair women didn't want the responsibility and didn't stick around long.
Warren soon met his now Wife Catherine and she was a blessing from God, a strong women who instantly took Aiden in as if he were her own son with no problem and has learned to help with all his daily care.
Warren told her of his earlier years in music and let her listen to some of his recordings, his wife was left in tears and told him you need to be writing songs for a living. She told Him that if he was offered a deal that she would take care of Aiden and always be there.
Warren was excited about the possibilities he could now accomplish in music and he felt alive that he was writing, playing, and singing again and he finally had the Family he always wanted and dreamed of.
He decided to build a home studio and study the songwriting business in Nashville, reading many books on the subject and developing contacts there and landing a few dozen song contracts.
He performed with a live band for about a year but decided that to be the best writer and best parent he can be he needs to drop the band and pursue songwriting with no interferences.
He shut down his business's to write full time, and now working out of his home studio he can still be around his son, Aiden is now home schooled.
Warren now has a step daughter who is 6 and he has taught her to sing, play guitar and write songs as well and she has been on stage with him several times, Warren and his wife also have a baby girl together who is almost two.
After almost 35 years of turmoil and hard living Warren finally has a family, love and a bright future. He says he takes every day as a blessing and family is more important than anything.
He has alot inside of him to write about and has overcome many harsh obstacles, stating that being a athlete growing up and musician have helped him thru tough times physically and emotionally.
Warren Has faith in God and knows he has a higher purpose in life to reach people with his songs.
He hopes one day to make enough money from songwriting to help raise more Awareness for Turret Syndrome, MDA, SMA, and Abused Women and Children. And to one day write a book about his life and struggles and how he has fought thru them and stayed positive.
