Ari Mendes was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he worked as a studio and live performance musician with many top artists, like Ney Matogrosso, Leila Pinheiro, Erasmo Carlos, Angela RoRo, Evandro Mesquita, Antonio Adolfo, Odette Ernest Dias,among many others. He also produced many syndicated TV shows soundtracks ( Armação Ilimitada, Roque Santeiro, Globo Network ) and in 1989 was awarded the "Sharp Award", considered to be the Brazilian Grammy. He moved to Boston next, where he built his first studio. In 2005 Ari Mendes moved to Port St Lucie, Florida, and built a state of the art recording studio, Amenstudio.com, where he works as a producer/arranger /musician/engineer. He also created his record label, AMP (Ari Mendes Productions). Looking for creative minds with a passion for justice and giving, we'll listen to your music, try me! Amenstudio is a high tech recording facility in Historic Downtown Stuart, Florida . Lots of vintage gear available, together with high definition digital recording equipment. We offer a full range of services, from music production to radio spots, voice overs, digital editing and restoration, mastering, forensic audio and post. Ari is an accomplished guitar, percussion and bass player, ranging from Jazz, Latin, Rock, Christian and Classical, and a recording, mixing and mastering studio engineer with 25 years of studio experience. His main passion is Worship leading and Evangelism, working with prision, orphanages, manor homes and youth ministries .Very active on the Florida’s cultural scene, having played at prestigious venues such as the Mar-a-Lago Club, the Breakers Hotel, Tradition and City Place, and Jazz festivals such as the Riverwalk Jazz, Riviera Beach Jazz and Blues Festival, Fort Pierce Mardi Grass, just to name a few.
