I am always looking for ways to eat better and tasty healthy recipes....I would love to find a workout buddy nearby... I need to try to take time for myself to enjoy some of the things I do enjoy such as taking pictures,drawing and pottery/ceramic type projects...I am wanting to start a compost pile to enrich the soil around my home and to make use of yard waste/garbage. I am into recycling..actually I don't throw much away....which can be a bad thing sometimes.

Jack Johnson is my favorite but my musical tastes are from one extreme to another, they match my moods. I don't care for country music at ALL. With music there aren't really genre's that I stick to, I guess mostly alternative. I just know immediately how I feel listening to it.I enjoy finding new sounds that I have never heard before. Music can be touching in so many different ways. Farrell Purkiss and Tristan Prettyman have caught my attention and ear. You can see all the new/old artists I have found in my friends folder for musicians...

I like thriller type movies with twists,the gripping edge of your seat type. I also don't mind the deep drama's that make you think and sometimes shed some tears.
Television:
Grey's Anatomy is my favorite. Survivor, Law & Order CI, Amazing Race, Boston Legal, The L word, Top Chef, Cold Case, and Without a Trace are all shows i try to catch. I am really into cable news ....MSNBC and CNN. Of COURSE Countdown with Keith Olbermann is a show i CAN'T miss!!! I am even bummed its only on 5 days a week. I also like The Colbert Report....Family guy can make me chuckle..that Stewie, he's too much:)
Books:
My favorite author is James Patterson. I like to read page turner thriller type books and of course self help type books are always helpful, if you finish reading them and put them into practice. :)
Heroes:
Truth and anyone who goes against the grain or flow to accomplish positive things. There are many silent heroes and defenders of truth that people don't see on a daily basis.
