About Me

Layout Generator by MyspaceLayoutSpy.com
I'm just a good ol', patriotic American, like yourselves, doing his part to save the world from the tyranny of mundane and trite influences, like sitcoms and People magazine. I'm originally from Long Island (LI), New York. Just over eight years ago, while flipping burger patties at a neighborhood McDonald's (which is inaccurate because McDonald..s uses, according to the Boston Globe, a "clamshell grill that basically irons the meat") I decided to leave the cushy, suburban lifestyle of LI and joined the United States Air Force. Since then I've traveled to many exotic and far-away places like Korea, the Middle East, Europe, and Oklahoma. These days I live with my wife in Augusta, Georgia known internationally as the hometown of the Godfather of Soul, James Brown. Also, thousands of white (and some non-white, or so I've been told), upper-class, yuppies flock here to watch a bunch of dudes try to knock a little white ball into a hole from hundreds of yards away (ie The Masters). Like so many of my generation, I don't feel I should have to shoulder the burden of paying for a college education. As luck would have it, the Air Force shares this view.

Looking for the Heart of Saturday Night

Right now I'm sitting on my maroon couch with scented candles burning and improvised jazz pouring from my stereo's speakers. "What I could be doing" thoughts are flashing in and out of my mind, but wr...

Wraslin, Metal, Hot Rods, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show a report from the field.

Last night's venture out into Augusta's night life proved itself to be a little less than memorable; although, the fact I was alone and new to the scene might also explain the lack of enthusiasm. My e...

Auf wiedersehen, Deutschland&and good riddance!

Today marked the end of my 3-year tour in Germany. I wouldn`t say it was great, but I won`t necessarily call it a waste either. The Job definitely tarnished its "great" status, but traveling and the f...
