Beati Mortui combines dark electronic atmospheres and danceable beats with diverse female vocals to express landscapes of life and the many sides of it.
Call it mix of hellectro, industrial, emb, gothic or whatever.. Only goal of this band is to make you confront yourself and start the battle to survive as a winner by extreme soulwashing for which they have provided soundtrack since year 2005.
During winter 2006 and spring 2007 band selfproduced and released their first 6-song promotional cd called Modus Operandi. Due to great response on field and good success on Sonic Seducer..s Battle of The Bands 2007 as receiving second position, Beati Mortui was happy to sign for Danse Macabre recently. Band has just released their first full-length album "All But Dreams Will Die" and is now concentrating to create new material and performing live!
Their first live appearance was at Wave Gotik Treffen 2008 in Leipzig, Germany and after that one at Lumous Gothic Festival in Tampere, Finland. Then their next show was to experience at their original home city, Helsinki, in Finland 15.08.2008 when Club Synapsi presented there one night celebration of Hocico, Beati Mortui and Machine park. And at the very moment Beati Mortui is preparing to go on Tour at the beginning of October to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands as a supporter to Das Ich, and with another german act, In.line.seX.terror!!
