Yes, it is true, Schwarze Seiten turns 10 years old in October of 2008! There will be quite some specials you can expect during the latter half of the year!
Amongst other things we are planning to publish a compilation CD. Bands interested to appear on it can write us for further information!
Schwarze Seiten präsentiert: DARK AREA FESTIVAL 2008
Am 2. Oktober 2008 geht das Dark Area Festival in die dritte Runde und verspricht der nordhessischen Gothic-Szene in der Nacht vor dem Tag der Deutschen Einheit erneut ein Party- und Konzerthighlight in schwarz. Die Nachthallen Kassel präsentieren in diesem Jahr 9 Live-Acts, zahlreiche DJs und ein umfangreiches Rahmenprogramm auf insgesamt 2600qm Indoorfläche, 2 Bühnen und 2 Party-Floors.
Als Headliner auf der Mainstage konnten Die Krupps und Diary Of Dreams verpflichtet werden. Zuvor werden hier Qntal, Soko Friedhof und Rozencrantz mit exklusiven Herbst-Indoor-Festival-Auftritten begeistern. Parallel dazu geben sich auf der Industrial-Stage mit Grendel, Xotox, Noisuf-X und SAM angesagte Electro/Industrial-Größen die Klinke in die
Hand.
Party ist die gesamte Nacht lang in der Grossen Halle angesagt. Hier wird neben den Dark Area Residents DJ Bruno Kramm (Das Ich) an den Reglern stehen und für ein schwarzgemischtes Musikprogramm verantwortlich zeichnen. Autogrammstunden, Merchandise eine große Verlosung uvm. werden das Dark Area Festival 2008 abrunden.
Die Tickets kosten 26,- (zzgl. Gebühr)im Vorverkauf und 29,- an der Abendkasse.

We are frequently filming interviews at the MERA LUNA FESTIVAL. In our video archive'here on MySpace you can watch over 45 interviews filmed at MERA LUNA. This year we will continue this legacy.
Schwarze Seiten is one of the oldest German online magazines dealing with the wave/gothic movement. It was founded in 1998 and running eversince. In 2001 we started to capture rare moments and interviews on video, and now we do not want them to rott in our archives anymore and to give you a chance to have a look at what we did in the last years.
This is also the first time users can access these files without the need to understand German. We never synchronized our videos and so all interviews with international artists are in english anyway.
