Founded in May 2007 by Tommy "Lokisson" Spencer as a way to spread the best material of the hard working Metal Underground,he hoped to be a focal point for bands in death, black, speed, thrash, grindcore, folk, ambient, and other metal genres. In July of 2007, after a feeling of lack of originality, Lokisson decided to change the name to Lokisson Records, with the exact same intentions for a label as before.
