Here's a little bit about me. I'm originally from the small town of Jackson, Tennessee. At a young age I knew that I wanted to spend my life singing and writing. My biggest influences are Aretha Franklin, Howard Tate, Billy Joel, and Carole King. When I was 16 I moved to Los Angeles, California with my mother. During my time there I was a part of a Reggae band called Cipes and the People in which I was the keyboardist/back-up singer. After 2 years of trying to get on my feet in LA (and not having much luck), I booked the role of "Isle" in the newly developing (at the time) musical "Spring Awakening" and decided to dive in and move (again) cross-country to New York City. Thru "Spring Awakening" I met Steve Ferrera, Senior Vice President of A&R for RCA/J Records, and I have been working with that label ever since. I just finished a 2-year run performing in the 8-Time Tony Winning Broadway Musical "Spring Awakening". I'm currently writing and recording new material for my debut album which will be out at the end of the year. I'm so excited to be starting a new chapter of my life and getting to work with my idols!!!
I'm managed by Ron Shapiro and the contact email is
