I'd like to meet:

To be honest, I really don't know why I am back on here. But I've decided to approach myspace in a totally different way. I want to have fun with it.

My name is Ann, I am 39 and divorced since Oct '06. One of the reasons for my page is to show some examples of my papercrafts and quiltwork. Eventually I would like to take custom orders and have my own webpage. I like to fiddle around with my myspace page and music. Other than that, as I have stated above, I am here to have fun, ramble nonsense and see what crazy people I can get to know on here. I am not here to "find my soulmate" or even a date for that matter. Doesn't mean I am ruling either out, just means that I am not actively looking for it on myspace.

I feel a strong connection with nature, the seasons, and the elements. I am a very spiritual person, but I do not follow any Bible-based religions. I believe that all religions are essentially praying to the same god/supreme being/entity, therefor I respect all religions. Being hateful, judgemental, condescending, intolerant have absolutely no place in faith/religion...so keep it to yourself. I do not to be need "saved".

I can go on and on about politics, religion, my hobbies, my personal life, etc...but I don't feel as if I need to put that all here. If you would like to know more about me, send a friend request and/or a message.

Hope you have enjoyed my incoherent ramblings. Now, get up from your computer, go outside, and enjoy nature...somewhere out there, there is a wandering clump just waiting to be stepped on.

Thanks for stopping by!

Music:

I listen to just about everything under the sun, except for old-time twangy country. Heavy headbanging "music" gives me a headache. I LOVE Irish drinking songs and Celtic music.

Movies:

I love Anime...my favorite anime films include anything by Hayao Miyazaki, and "Toyko Godfathers". The Piano, Napoleon Dynamite, Elf, Japanese Story, The Day After Tomorrow, The Perfect Storm, Remains of the Day, The Phantom of the Opera, all LOTR, all Harry Potter, The Dream Team, Amadeus, The Pick of Destiny, Nacho Libre...many more, I'll list more later.

Television:

Heroes, Most Haunted, Ghost Hunters, The Amazing Race, Survivor, House, Charmed, Top Chef, Little People Big World, Criss Angel Mindfreak, Hell's Kitchen, Big Brother, my Brit shows on PBS: Keeping Up Appearances, all of the Black Adder series, Are You Being Served?, Red Dwarf, Dr Who, Mr Bean... loved Twin Peaks when it was on.

Books:

all Harry Potter, Christopher Paolini, Nora Roberts, most sci-fi and fantasy, books on paranormal, ghosts, etc. Currently re-reading "The Order of the Phoenix" before the movie is released.

Heroes:

Great show! lol Seriously, my heroes are my daughter, my mother and all who serve our communities and country. I don't agree with the war in Iraq or President Bush, but I admire and appreciate those serving our country.
