I'm all about the fucking...not the shit.

About Me

Check out the above video, A Zombie Love Story. I'm in it, and I did the chewing noises too. Rad.
What you see is what you get, and what you don’t see is better yet. I’m not very good at telling people about myself, but my “story” has some interesting twists and turns now that I think about it. Let’s just say that having a place to call home is an accomplishment in itself. You know that dude that you always blew off and took for granted, until you realized that you hadn’t seen or heard from him in a long time and wondered where he’d went? That’s me! If you read my blog (hint, hint), you’ll find that I enjoy nerding out on music and movies quite a bit. I don’t expect to get “recognition” or monetary gain from it, it’s just what I like to do and that’s all there is to it. I set up punk shows here in the East Bay from 1995-2005, and was also known to some as “the Voice of 924 Gilman” on their show info line. As much as I dislike most issues of his zine, it was still pretty cool when Aaron Cometbus himself told me that he used to call the club and listen to my weekly messages of upcoming gigs and verbal abuse whenever he was out of town and feeling homesick. Now I just go to shows when I feel like it and try to have a good time...I must admit that I’m often bored at shows lately. As well, I’m going to school in the interest of learning how to properly do voice-overs (radio/TV commercials, cartoons, video games, documentaries, etc), and I seem to be good enough at all of that so far. Looking forward to the day where I can get paid a decent chunk of change for doing that kind of work while sitting at home in my boxers. Cynical and bitterly sarcastic, but trying to work on that to a degree. Would like to quit smoking in the next year. Hot piece of hessian ass. I clean up nicely. There's other stuff I could say about myself, but I think it's important to note that I hope I never become one of those people that HTMLs their profile to death and causes their friends' computers to crash. Have a nice day.

My Interests

I enjoy the finer things in life: voice-overs, smoking the mighty herb, eating tasty foods, seeing how long I can grow my hair, having that same hair braided (two French braids please), honing my backrub skills, being in zombie movies, reading, writing, laughing, fucking, sleeping, being creative, cats, knowledge, occasionally dressing up and looking damn good in the process, sideburns, studded vests, flight jackets, flannel shirts, my Adidas, boots, people-watching, knowing next to jack shit about current pop culture and/or trends, vinyl, cassettes, VHS, pro wrestling, the Mountain View Cemetary, more stereo speakers, telling stories, listening to your stories, making my own band posters, spending a reasonable amount of time alone, trying to think of new tattoo ideas that I unfortunately cannot draw on my own nor afford, waging war on the hipster elite, and not towing your bullshit party line.

I'd like to meet:

The future partner in crime. Sympathetic tattoo artists who are obsessed with Paul Booth and Pushead, and want to drill on me for the price of a burrito or less. Those that stand on Greg Valencia’s side of the stage. More nondrinking meat-eating dope smokers. Hot redheads that wanna braid my hair. Rose McGowan, Desiree Cousteau, Pam Grier, and Adrienne Barbeau in a wild orgy. Probably a few other people that I can’t think of right now. Send me a message if you’re gonna add me and I don’t know you and I’ll try to do the same.
