Formed in 2002, SMOKEDOG CREW cames from the Sintra party scene and starts to being several years supporting the Portuguese FREE PARTY MOVEMENT , influenced by the acid tekno beats and Hardcore rude basslines that was rushing dancefloors in many partys of soundsystems like SPIRAL TRIBE, TOTAL RESISTANCE, SNEAKEE, SHBOoDLE, SOUND CONSPIRACY, DESERT STORM, KERNEL PANIC,TRIBE OF LOCUST, TOMAHAWK, LEGO and many more that passed in Portugal between 1997 and 2003. SMOKEDOG CREW start mixing in partys supported first by CIRCUS RESIST soundsystem and at last by TOL3 sounds, both from U.K and made several events and summer free festivals (Solstices, Freekuency festival) at Sintra, Lisbon,Ericeira and in the South side Lisbon zones until nowadays,with new and old styles of electronic music like drum n bass ,jungle, breakz, hardtek, oldskool hardcore, and many others, smokedogz keep the free party concept for real....it..s in the streets is 4 free. At last and keeping always their own roots and influences alive SMOKEDOG CREW supports and participates in Reggae and Dancehall events with portuguese reggae soundsystems. FREE MUSIKA 4 FREE PEOPLE..
