About Me

From a small town in the south of England to the deserts of California, Buzzwagon's unique music is expansive and well travelled. Their 2005 debut album 'Breezy Hill Road', released through their own Blind Recordings label, is full to the brim with timeless songs of sunny nostalgia, sweeping grandeur, shimmering guitars and sweet harmonies. We're talking big verses AND big choruses.
First up is, perhaps (and in equal measures), the strangest, and coolest, gig to date. Picture the scene... Piccadilly Circus, London, England: fire engines, Japanese guitar oglers, the great outdoors, pickpockets, autograph hunters. Everything should have gone wrong but, somehow, everything went right. This was the fourth (and final) gig of the day. The song, 'Friends and Future Enemies', is in many ways a textbook set-closer – it's a Buzzwagon oldie, ramped up a touch compared with the album version, but the good people of old London town were ready for it. Great work, gentlemen. Thanks to Mike's better half, Rebecca, who stood camera detail. Proceeds raised went to a Thai meal for eight. ENJOY!
