All semblance of investigatory journalism has now disappeared with the propaganda machinations holding such close ties with those in the ruling classes and it is now commonplace to see whitewash of any inquiry into anything our governments are even remotely suspected of. The hutton reports and Diana, Bloody Sunday, jean charles demenezes and a plethora of other inquiries are but the tip of the iceberg. We will probably never be allowed an inquiry into the highly suspicious events of july 7 and even if we are granted such an investigation we can be assured the relevent bodies will be given the clean bill of health they presume us gullible enough to believe.
Music:
Any and all kinds within reason. Tatu at the moment. Please! pretend lesbians in short school skirts? What more could one need for shallow and superficial cheap thrills. Even perverts need love, although they do a blinding version of the Smiths 'what time is love'
Movies:
Hollywood hasn’t released a single film in years worth a toss. The same stories rehashed again and again. Depressing every time you switch on the TV and catch another airhead romantic comedy. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!! And Adam Sandler and Ben Stiller? Please!!!!! don’t get me started!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Foreign cinema does seem to offer some semblance of a story with any true grit without having to rely on nothing but special effects to pass for a storyline, although does have the unfortunate drawback of subtitles which somewat detract the viewer for the visual continuity (unlike of course the Hollywood attempts where you usually have a background that makes the legibility of the writings rather difficult and cinemas just haven't perfected that rewind facility yet)
Television:
Television sold out years ago and the mindless drivel that has flooded our sets is appalling. Reality shows? Garbage! Big Brother???? Get a life! Why watch these talentless drama queens, performing seals and prima donnas?
The mere thought of watching them sleep!!! Isn't it amazing that since Big brother began that we have all allowed ourselves to just accept CCTV and the more our streets have been infested with this population controlling device the more the TV convinces us it is purely for our own safety. Since when did England become the most violent place on Earth?...........On with TV!...relentless singing competitions (yawn) Endless cookery programmes, property this, property that, incessant repeats dressed under the name REVISITED!!!..... As for those patronising questions with the three answers two of which are so ridiculous even pond life can’t get it wrong and a telephone number that you have to approach a mortgage lender to get enough cash to pay for the call (even when the competition has closed a century before)!). AAAAARRRRRRRRRGGH. TV Licence is obviously value for money since Blair and his cohorts took over the BBC !!!........

George Orwell '1984' If you've never read 1984, READ it, If you HAVE read it but not for a while, read it AGAIN, Tony Blair is Plagiarising his ideas (Funny Orwells real name is also BLAIR) also 'Animal farm' Originally this was written with Stalin's Russia in mind but you could almost drop it word by word on everything we've experienced since Blair came to power. (Interestingly George Orwell despised the Labour movement and the socialist pretence it secreted itself under, He often opined that the labour party had absolutely no inclination towards the working or poorer classes....Still think he was paranoid?).........
I think a must read is anything that will tell the truth about the real perpetrators of 9/11. It certainly wasn't a cave man on a kidney dialysis machine. Now that really would be taking the piss!!!
Heroes:
Heroes I would love to talk to include Václav Havel, Lech Walesa, Che Guavara(I would rather not do this any earlier than when I am actually meant to meet my maker), Michael collins(ditto), Martin Luther King (ditto), Mahatma Gandhi (ditto), I have really got to start looking for some heroes to meet that are not dead or nearly) Nelson mandela, the list is probably endless and it is a shame that the only way you are ever going to meet those people is to 1. become famous for any reason whether or not you have talent (even mass murderers and talentless girl/boy bands get to meet them, Paris Hilton comes immediately to mind) 2. become extremely wealthy (obviously) or 3. Die...............................I'm a poet so it's highly unlikely I'm going to be rich and famous and I'm really not too hot at this dying thing!..................How about anti-heroes?...George Bush....(brain dead from the feet up!)........... Tony Blair...the worlds first successful personality by-pass, and serial war monger! (7 wars so far and counting) Incidentally considering that we are now the most watched nation on the planet, 20% of all world cameras with just 1% of world populous would it shock you to know that George Orwells real name is...BLAIR!!!)......Rupert Murdoch, media monopoliser, strangler of free speech (with the help of Colin Powell's son) and incidentally the owner of Myspace.com!!!..erm.... Where have these tumbleweeds come from?
