About Me

Mildred Pierce started in 2005 with Clive Martin on guitar/vocals, Romain Gros on bassguitar and Bart Chaabane on drums. Mildred Pierce plays hard grunge rock. The band performed on the AKI festival (Art academy festival) twice; in 2005 and 2006. In 2006 Mildred Pierce won a region contest in Borne. Romain Gros left the band later that year. Mildred Pierce found a new bassplayer: Joost Muller from Spinning Jenny. The band reached the finals in "Oogst van Overijssel" in 2007. About the music Clive makes it real simple: "Mildred Pierce is a live band. The music is intens and we mean it, the audience experience that and they go nuts. Mildred Pierce will rock you!"
