OffMess

The OffMess is a former military officers casino in Enschede,Netherlands, used first by the Germans in WWII and afterwards bythe dutch airforce. In November 2003 the empty and allready forseveral years unused OffMess was squatted by a group of artstudents from the AKI. Since then the OffMess is one of the keyspots in undergroud culture in the east of the Netherlands, housingvarious cultural projects and events.
