Sarah Ritchie

I am Sarah Ritchie, I am a girl who has been playing guitar since 7th grade and been writing my own songs before that. I've played and sang before many kinds of audiences such as: Church,Weddings,Christian Youth events, The Matrix, and Highschool. I am the 1st place winner of Battle of the Bands at Roscommon Highschool,and won 2nd place the year after. I don't like to play cover songs because I would rather not be compared to those who play or sing those songs. I've been compared to many musicians,but never have I been told I was "exactly like them". I've had my music recorded,but never in a real studio. It's all been home recording where I don't sound like I do live.(I'm wayyy better live). Most all of my songs are copyrighted by the government. I plan to sell what I can of what I have of my recordings,but it's not quite what I prayed for. All happens for a reason,but not quite sure why.I will be attending Kirtland Community College for cosmotology,but music is definetly somthing I want to do as well.
