As we are not a government agency, rather privately owned as a division of the Fugitive Bureau Inc. Our Task Force is comprised of off duty commissioned, full -time, part-time and retired police officers, deputies, marshals, constables, private detectives and special agents who volunteer endless hours of online and field investigation hours assisting loved ones day and night, 24-7, because we know how important it is to the loved ones of the missing to be reunited and or have answers or at least some type of closure that their comfortable with. Our Director, Rick Foster heads both the Fugitive Bureau Inc and the Mid-South Missing Persons Bureau and comes to us with over 23 years of Law Enforcement experience.
