Our Vision

We want Media Trust to be at the heart of the media and communications industry, inspiring and enabling the media to reflect, debate and support the goals, achievements and voices of the voluntary and community sector.

Our Corporate Members

Training and Events

Each year Media Trust offers media and communications training events and bespoke training packages throughout the UK, covering every aspect of media and communications training for charity and voluntary organisations.

Media Trust Productions

Produce award-winning films, DVD's, interactive CD-Roms, broadcast series and adverts for charities and the wider not-for-profit sector at competitive rates.

Community Channel

Owned and run by the Media Trust, Community Channel is the UK's only digital television station dedicated to highlighting issues from local and international communities and the voluntary sector.

Community Newswire

A free news distribution service run in conjunction with the Press Association that helps community and voluntary groups gain media coverage and make their voices heard.

Media Matching

Media Matching is a free service, which matches a wide range of skilled media and communications advisors with a charity or voluntary organisations requiring help with a specific communications need.

Youth Media

The Youth Media team works closely with youth organisations and the media industry to build strategic partnerships and offer a range of services that you will find listed here.

Youth Mentoring

Brings together media professionals and disadvantaged young people aged from 14-25 to work together on youth-led media projects.

A fund that offers disadvantaged 13 to 19 year olds the opportunity to express themselves by developing and producing creative media projects using film, television, print, radio or multi-media platforms.
