Yes, I style my hair to look like an 80s Brit-Pop Star's

About Me

Hello and welcome to The Official Johnny Beefstew myspace!
I am a radio personality on 88.5 WRKC FM Radio Kings College. All the music I play I can honesty say I love. I play Punk, Ska, Hardcore and Indie Rock. I was also the Music Director at WRKC, I dealt with all the record labels, bands, and label promotion companies. I also listen to most records before they come out.
I go to a lot of shows and have been going since I was 15. My very first show in 1999. The show was Hatebreed at Homebase. That was a scary and crazy show, yet there was something. I loved something about that show that kept me going back. The pure emotion, the fact that the people didn't care what you looked like and the venue actually cared about the music not just how much they made in beer sales. The second show I went to was Bane, Reach the Sky and American Nightmare, that one was 100 times better and from that point forward I wanted more and I got a lot more. Maybe too much more. So that's my scene portfolio.
I am Straightedge and it truly is a way of life. I don't drink, I don't smoke, and I don't do drugs. I really don't care if you do, but I don't like to be around them at all. I refuse to support companies that make alcohol and cigarettes. To simply put it, they both make a profit off killing people and ruining families.
I am all about coffee and pie.
I grew up on a never ending cycle of MTV, cartoons and classic TV and bad horror, science fiction and exploitation movies. I am full of useless knowledge about most everything, but nothing I can actually use. I own most movies you have never heard of, and movies you don't want to see.
I also enjoy Professional Wrestling: American, Puroresu and especialy the Lucha Libre style. My favorite wrestler ever is El Santo del Emasacarado de Plata. He wrestled and appeared in over tons of movies in the 50's-80's. He wore a silver mask and was even buried with it when he died. I give him a ton of respect for carrying things to the end.
I am told I have nice hips and eyes. My hair may just be in a pompadour right now. I enjoy a good makeout now and again as well.
Make a request on my show by calling (1-570) 208-5821 or send an IM to Beefstew885. Don't live in Wilkes-Barre? Copy and paste this NEW link!
