When I'm not really sure what to write, I just jot down whats going on in my head, however GENIUS or inane. I'm doing my best to meld the dreams with the daily grind. Sometimes the grind grinds the horizon away, but most times, the dreams turns the grind into a BIG ASS disco ball. Ever feel like you were destined to be a rock star, but were born with not enough talent? I don't. I want to change the world, because there a many, many things that I want to KEEP the same. I don't read as much as should, or exercise as much as I should. The bar down the street has beers for a buck fifty. Maybe theres a relation between the last two sentences. I miss chaotic parties in cigarette smoke filled warehouses while dancing with happy people I just met, and will probably never meet again. Theres something genuine in a shit load of strangers having a good time. I bought a red velvet jesus statue in boston for $8 that I'm gonna turn into the swankiest lamp around. That, or cover it with porn and make some cliche comment on religion. I like to go on adventures when there are really none to be had. Being able to turn anything into an adventure, a challenge, or anything stunningly new, is a life-imperative skill to have. If you think I'm a funny gay guy, it probably means that I want to do you. I have not-so fanciful dreams of buying the hull of a really old wooden ship, moving it to a residencial zone, and turning it into a co-ed pirate frat. I like to read intelligent books that show me the flip side of popular view points, but I can't STAND pretention. Egos are overratted. EGGO waffles, on the other hand, often hit the spot when all you have in the over-icing freezer are eggo waffles.
(whats up with the ice on the inside of the freezer getting bigger and bigger shrinking my food chill space?) well, I guess thats enough about me. what about you??? tell me something that'll make me want to cry and laugh at the same time. Oh yeah, mixing races makes for gorgeous, intelligent children. seriously, folks.
