In April 2003, Drago moved to Pro-Wrestling IRON to further his training with Pro-Wrestling NOAH stars Mike Modest, Donovan Morgan and Bison Smith. In IRON, Drago rose to prominence by facing some of the best in the world. These fighters included Pro-Wrestling NOAH/ Ring of Honor star Nigel McGuiness, TNA star Jay Lethal and even Japanese legends Mitsuharu Misawa and Yoshinari Ogawa.
