* As it says further down on the profile (seems to get missed a lot), I'm here on MySpace for friends and networking. I'm NOT on MySpace looking for a date. Please read HERE for further clarification on this. In short, I'm VERY MUCH spoken for and QUITE happy with my current situation, thankyouverymuch.

* I'm the kind of gal who looks for beauty in the strangest of places.

* I unabashedly stand up for what I believe in... and am therefore sometimes loyal to a fault.

* I prefer reveling in randomness to wallowing in the mundane.

Here's a dose of truth for ya...

Before we go any further, here are answers to some frequently asked questions about The Chachster:

Like, you're a chick who likes wrestling?

No. I'm a chick who FLIPPING LOVES wrestling and ACTUALLY WRESTLES. If in doubt, please refer to the "General Interests" area to the left and the pictures attached to the profile... or most of the comments on my page... or any of my blogs... Yeah. you get the idea.

So, you're a white girl?

Hm. This question amuses me. I mean, clearly I'm not purple or gray... I guess the only good answer I can give is as follows: My complexion is caucasian, but I tan in the blink of an eye. Caribbean blood does that. It's not just that I enjoy having graphics of random flags on my profile -- I'm proud to be 100% Cuban.

In other news, I have theory that there is a hierarchy of coolness based on those "I Love The..." shows. These men are like Gods of Cool to me. Observe:

The Alpha, the Omega, the big G-O-D: Michael Ian Black.

I love this man. I loved him on the state ("Toothbrush! You've come back to me!!"), on Ed (anyone who buys an entire truckload of salt shakers is alright by me), and I just generally think he's the coolest ever.

The big J.C., who settith at the right hand of the God of coolness: Mo Rocca.

Sarcastic, but not acerbic -- Mo is just the most badass dork there is, point blank. That, and I know that he has lunch at the Comfort Diner, where I go to get wonderful sweet potato fries.

The Holy Ghost of Coolness: Hal Sparks.

Descending upon the masses like a dove that spreads coolness wherever he goes... Dude, he talks to Spiderman about the comfort level of his suit. And I think he's just absolutely adorable. So THERE.

I'm trying to remember who I decided was the John the Baptist of Coolness... it'll come to me.

I am and will always be a Scarlet Knight!

I know you were already thinking it... but yes, I am indeed a BAMF.

(If you don't know what the SuFi means, click it and learn!)

I am worth $2,497,176 on HumanForSale.com
How much are you worth?

Finally, an anecdote about my MySpace experience: A short while ago, I met someone on a day of travel to a few different wrestling shows. I introduced myself by my given name (for a change... this is rare, as most everyone calls me ChaCha. EVERYONE.), and so the day went on. A few hours in, the topic of this glorious website came up and one of the other guys called me ChaCha. New friend just looks at me. "Wait. You're ChaCha? ChaCha from MySpace?" Hilarious moment. This was the first time I realized that people might think I'm just some character -- some figment of the internet's wild imagination. Well, no. I assure you that Chacha is indeed real as can be. That said, know that I do genuinely enjoy hearing from people before they add me. I mean, odds are I'll add you either way (let's be honest here...) BUT I'LL LIKE YOU EVEN BETTER IF YOU WRITE ME A LITTLE SOMETHING... Again, there is indeed a person behind this profile! I do read and try to keep up with my messages (provided they aren't too much like the ones in my "Strange MySpace Pickup Attempts" blogs (read the 1st in the series here )... then I'll just use them for the public's amusement...).

My Interests

Mild mannered executive by day...

I work for a lovely publishing company in NYC called Vault . There, I peddle my wares (.. media, mostly) to colleges and universities around the world.

... professional wrestler by night!

I trained at the American Wrestling Alliance (AWA-NJ) in Union City, NJ -- I've been at it since July of 2005, and have loved every single second of it. (Well, the injuries aren't necessarily enjoyable, but you get the idea.) Once you're in that ring it's a whole other world... and I'm honored to be a part of it. I'm now lucky enough to be working for some outside promotions around the Northeast (see a list down at the bottom of the page, this side, OR refer to my calendar on the right side of the page for upcoming appearances), so if you're up for an evening of uconventional entertainment, check out my calendar and come on out!

I enjoy being a theater geek...

I'm a triple threat. If you know what that is, you probably are one, too. Rock on.

Wait. A chick who plays video games?!

Yes, there are some of us equipped with ladyparts that do, indeed enjoy games other than the Mario series and Tetris. Accept this as fact. Become one with it. If not, then please feel free to hand over that controller and be *housed* in a round of deathmatch Halo... and if you even *think* about swiping that sniper rifle to my left, you're SO done.

My Wishlist will also clue you in on what I'm into... check it out!

I'd like to meet:

* Celia Cruz (la reina de la salsa y del guaguanco)

* David Hasselhoff (I promise I wouldn't hassle him!)

* Jonathan Larson (may you rest in peace -- thank you for creating the musical that brought musical theater back to the forefront)

* King Solomon

* Chairman Kaga (of Iron Chef)

* the cast of The State

* Jose Marti * whoever decided that individual bottles of water would be a great idea to sell (BRILLIANT)

* Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat (my favorite wrestler EVER -- ever since I was about 6 years old, at least)

* Idina Menzel

* Jesus (Me, Jesus, and a bottle of wine... how I'd love to hear his thoughts, then hand over a holy megaphone to be heard the world 'round while he tells the misguided people who fight in his name that he was a man of PEACE.)

* Vince McMahon (I'd like to ask him what he hell he's thinking these days)

* The Frugal Gourmet Jeff Smith (RIP, Frug -- the guy who got me hooked on cooking...)

* Jake "The Snake" Roberts (the man has the best handle on ring-psychology I've ever witnessed)

* JD Salinger

* Stephen Colbert (How do I love thee? Let me count the ways!)

* Jon Stewart

* Bill Maher

* Conan O'Brien

* Michael Moore and Bill O'Riley (both at once -- it would be a trip) * My future puppy, which I plan to name Matilda (wrestling fans will know why) and which will look like this:

* ... and other intersting folks with odd senses of humor (as I'm often told this is what I possess) and open minds and hearts.

Oh, yeah... and people who own llamas. Just because.

And remember...
