I started my training in pro wrestling, after being invited to the Big Japan Pro Wrestling Dojo in 2004. I am the first Gaijin to ever be invited to train in BJW Dojo. While training in the Dojo, I trained under Daisuke Sekimoto.
Back in America I started training under "Soulman" Alex G . Soulman was trained by Boris, Dean, and Joe Malenko and Karl Gotch. Soulman has trained WWE's MVP and Ryan O Reiley. I went on to make my professional debut in 2005 wrestling for Four Star Championship Wrestling against Chasyn Rance in Boca Raton, FL.
I also have had the honor and opportunity to briefly learn from Rusty Brooks, Antonio Banks (aka WWE's MVP), Ryan O'Reilly, Pablo Marquez, Norman Smiley, Phi Delta Slam, and Masada. And when I am in Japan, I have the honor and opportunity to learn briefly from some of the best wrestlers in the world such as Mens Teioh and Tatsuhito Takaiwa. In this business you can never stop learning, And my ears are always open to learn from whoever is willing to teach me.
Most recently, I have gained prominence while wrestling throwout the year, Touring with my home company of Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW). While touring in Japan, I have had the honor to step foot in the ring with some of the best talent to come out of Japan like Daisuke Sekimoto, Mens Teioh, Kota Ibushi, Asian Couger, KUDO, Onryo, Jun Kasai, etc.
When I am not touring Japan, I wrestle around the southeast for many diffrent company's like Pro Wrestling Fusion, Pro Wrestling Riot, D1PW, Just to name a few. In 2008 I was invited to wrestle in Jeff Peterson Cup Touranment. I wrestled Chikara's Gran Akuma in the first round in a hard hitting contest. Here is a review from a fan who attended the show. What People have to say about Craig Classic!
"Onryo teamed up with Big Japan tag team partner Men's Teioh as well as Hardcore Craig to face Hiroyuki Kondo and fellow 666 wrestlers Yuko Miyamoto and Shinobu. Shinobu and Miyamoto both looked impressive as Shinobu nearly got the victory hitting a Shooting Star Press on Craig that was broken up. Craig would end up getting a Japanese leg roll on Shinobu for the victory at 17 minutes, 48 seconds in a very well receive match." - bahufmw.com
"I dubbed Craig as a miniature Chris Benoit cuz that's what he looks like to me." - Melvin the black guy reviews UXW "Hardcore Wrestlewar"
"Craig Classic WWE needs good cruiseweights." - Indymania Al
"For me, there were two matches I was really impressed with. The first was the Craig Classic vs. Jerrelle Clark match. These two competitors went at in a "classic" battle of high flying non-stop action that saw a near fall that was stopped by a time limit to the match leaving Classic with the win and still the Cruiserweight champion." -Mike Fire (Shooting Star Radio)
"Classic looks a bit like an underdeveloped kiddie version of Chris Benoit." - Larry Goodman's report
"A really great opening contest. A lot of people criticize BJW for just being violent and bloody, but these two teams worked really hard. I really thought Craig (Classic) did an excellent job. I just wish he was a bit bigger or willing to do deathmatches, because he is a hell of a worker." - dele3344 from BJWFans My review of Yokohama 12/14
"Chris Jones & Craig Classic are the 2 best Junior...Under 105lb Lightweights in Florida today." - Masked Maniac
