Family; volunteer work (teaching language/life coaching); friendships with musicians, artists, creative types; I enjoy fashion. I love good art (mostly drawn to modern art - Kandinsky, Miro; Rothko, abstract art obviously); sunny weather; a juicy peach; meeting fascinating people; unbridled imaginations that go beyond the genius of nature; painting/dabbling in abstract art in my studio. (I am still in experimental stage of abstract art and mediums for acryrlic - was too used to representatational watercolor and now am more into expression and that which elevates me from the physical to the spiritual. Abstract for me I find extremely freeing. I am a lifelong student. Due to physical injuries, I am a retired musician. I really miss playing Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert, and, of course, rock and roll when I was in a band, but now painting has opened up a whole new world for my need to create and express my heart/art. I am interested in the thought and processes thru which other artists/musicians move.I can still dance and do so as much as I can! Looking forward to my next art class regarding Paul Klee techniques!
