Winter 1998 Mustique Blues Festival, 2 weeks in Caribbean with Big Jay McNeely, Dana Gillespie & Dave Kelly. Live CD recorded.
1987- 2005 Gigs in MN and upper midwest with blues artists including Bo Diddley (1987-99), Larry Davis, Earl King, Syl Johnson, EC Scott, Long John Baldry, Ron Thompson& Mark Naftalin, Chuck Berry. Played on "Good Woman is Hard to Find" CD with Percy Strother with European tour. Bassist and/or musical director for mid-west shows with Platters, Coasters, Drifters, (1991 - 2005) Shirelles, Inkspots, Marvellettes, Fabian, Shangri La's, Del Vikings (most with Lisa York on keyboards)
1985-86 Minneapolis - Recorded with Viola Wills, Hoopsnakes.
1982-85 Toured with Laura Branigan. Gigs with Dr. John.
1981 New York - Studio work. Gigs with Dr. John. Wrote for "Music & Sound Output".
1979-81 Toured UK and Ireland with Marianne Faithfull. Recorded "Broken English" and " Dangerous Aquaintances". (multi-million seller) Co-wrote four of the songs. Wrote and recorded two movie scores. Wrote equipment reviews and articles for "Sound International" magazine.
1976-79 Various sessions including recording with London Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Sessions with Ringo Starr for his own label. Albums with Charlie Musselwhite, Sam Mitchell, Stan Webb's Chickenshack, Raf Ravenscroft (sax player on "Baker Street") Toured with Chickenshack. Gigged with Gary Moore. Video for Pete Townshend's solo album. TV with Grace Jones. Gigs with Joanne Kelly, Bluegrass band "Alive & Pickin"( with Adrian Legg & Robin McKidd, Viola Wills,Pacific Eardrum(with Dave Macrae , Joy Yates, Isaac Guillory, ,Big Jim Sullivan, & Tony Hicks} and various London blues, country and fusion jazz bands.
1976 Recorded "Two Days Away" for Elkie Brooks, produced by Leiber &; Stoller. Co-wrote song with Leiber & Stoller. Album featured hit sinngles "Pearl's A Singer" and " Sunshine After The Rain". Also played on Elkie's hit single "Lilac Wine" Toured with Elkie.
1974-76 Toured U.S. with Chris Jagger. U.S. TV included American Bandstand and In Concert. Various sessions including Joan Armatrading "Back to the Night", Chris Farlowe.
74-76 Harmonica on Robert Palmer "Sneaking Sally" & "Pressure Drop". Toured with Rufus Thomas, Martha Reeves, Viola Wills. Toured and recorded "Dance" with Arthur Brown.
1973 Rejoined Vinegar Joe. Recorded two albums and toured U.S. before Robert Palmer left and band dissolved. Recorded with Chris Jagger. Mick Jagger producing.
1973 London - Hospitalized from car accident. Recorded solo album for VIRGIN Records
"Manor Live". Gigs with Graham Bond and poet Pete Brown in France.
1972 USA - Left Vinegar Joe and moved to south California. Joined Climax . Toured U.S. for nine monhs behind &035;1 "Precious & Few. Also attended Dr. John "Gumbo" sessions.
1971 London - Joined Dada  Nine piece Atlantic Records soul/jazz rock band featuring 3 singers- Robert Palmer, Elkie Brooks,Jimmy Chambers. Toured U.S. including Fillmore East. Also gigged and recorded with Graham Bond. By request of Ahmet Ertegun, Dada becomes Vinegar Joe, a six piece blues rock band on Atlantic in U.S. and Island Records in Europe. Recorded debut Album.
1970-71 London - Various sessions including Dr. John "Sun Moon & Herbs" with Eric Clapton,Mick Jagger, Ray Draper, Walter Davis Jr., & Graham Bond. Session for Shirley Goodman, (Shirley & Lee) produced by Dr. John. Session with Eric Clapton, Jim Gordon, Bobby Whitlock & Doris Troy for P.P. Arnold. Over 200 jingle sessions from 1969-71 including Maxwell House, Guinness, Michelin Tires, Sure Deodorant, Arthur Treachers.
1969-71 London - Joined Manfred Mann Chapter 3. Guitarless jazz rock band with five horns. Recorded two albums. Toured U.S. and Europe. First U.S. gig was Fillmore West with Janis Joplin, Steve Miller and Boz Scaggs.
1967-69 London - Recorded and toured Europe with East of Eden, European "art rock" band. Played regularly on jingle sessions, also trombone and bass duo.
1966-67 Turkey - Crete - U.S. Air bases - Variety & Top 40 bands.
1964-66 London - Various blues bands - gigs with Graham Bond Organization.,brAWARDS
