I'm a bassist, vocalist, songwriter and producer. I've played everything from Classical to New Age/World Beat and everything in between: Rock from the 50s to today, Blues, R&B, even some Country, Jazz and Bluegrass. I am currently accepting recording dates and have a very few openings for local students. My current project focuses on the music I love most: the Blues. Performing as a trio or quartet, Deeper Blues (visit our web site and "our space" ) is all about the Blues, even when it isn't. In other words, even though some of the tunes have a decidedly heavier feel than you might expect from a Blues band, it's still played with a Blue heart and a Blue mentality. Come along for the ride as begin to tour in support of the release of our new CD Dig the Hole.

Influences: Just about every player that spanked a plank from the 50s on. List all the Usual Suspects here. Then add all my bass brothers and sisters. . . those who share my love of All Things Low and have accompanied me on this journey. I love you all!

Perhaps my most important influence was my father, who taught me to do what I love regardless of what others might say or think.
Sounds Like: My main focus is Blues, but I also play everything else, except Rap and Opera, pretty much. Sounds like the music I hear inside.

I play 4-, 5-, and 6-string fretted, fretless and acoustic bass guitar. My main project is Deeper Blues (also on MySpace ), an original Power Blues trio. I'm also available for studio and live dates, schedule depending.
