"OFFER LIFE"

About Me

P.W. Gopal knows that the stage is his place to be real and share glimpses of his life with crowds who are looking for authenticity from an artist. He comes as a prepared musician who has seen and experienced much of the same things in life that weve all lived through, and he'll leave you with a mark of familiarity, as if youve already known him for years. Stemming from the musical influences of Steven Curtis Chapman, Bebo Norman, Edwin McCain and Patty Griffin, P.W. writes his own music and tells his own stories of life, love and faith.

"P.W. Gopal produces Christian rock melodies. They have an inspirational jet stream flowing through the emotive vocal currents and a pop/rock ambience in the music compositions. P.W.s rich vocal timbres have warmth in their caresses with a likeness to Edwin McCain and Dean Taylor, drizzled by specks of country tones in the lap steel and rootsy bluegrass shakers and rattles trailing beside rock rhythms of the acoustic guitar strums and swigs of drum swells. The songs have a sage-like quality, conveying tales about everyday struggles tooling an uplifting spring in the vocal deliverance. P.W.s voice projects pain and suffering and a spirit that rises above the torment." - Northeast Intune Magazine
"Conor and the Blackbird" named top 100 cd's in the 2006 Independent World Series of Music Midwest Region Semifinals"
"...Not many artists on cdbaby.com get only the highest scores from readers reviews but he did, just go there and check for yourself. He´s the kind of artist that I love to see perform live when you just can sit down with a smile on your face and be embraced with a warm wind from the songs.
Call it worship, call it gospel, call it midwest, call it christian pop/rock coz yeah he sounds like a mix of Russ Taff and Jeremy Camp but I would like to call PW Gopal something more suitable......I´ve seen the future and the future is PW Gopal." - www.melodic.net
"I first heard PW sing at a Young Life Camp in Virgina! He was amazing! When I watched him sing, he had so much emotion on his face and it made the song mean that much more! God sure blessed PW with an amazing voice and he uses it very well!! Thanx PW!" - Katie
"This CD brings you hope that God is always there for you! Just the lyrics in these songs shines through and shows you Gods heart!" - Jackie B
"This CD is unbelievable since I hung out with PW and went to his show I haven't listened to another CD since. The melodies are unbelievable and his force is truly power! What amazing guy and what an amazing CD! - Adam
"The song Rainmaker is truly awesome and reminds me of a thunderstorm every time I listen to it. PW's lyrics give me hope, energy and a willing spirit. I think all fans can relate to the song Empty... we have all been there desprate and longing for love, but true everlasting love can only come from GOD!" - CW
"PW's music and message is so inspiring, and his voice is so soothing!! He has such emotion and all his songs mean something, they aren't cliche in any way shape or form. He has beautiful images in his lyrics and you can truly see God working through him with this music!" - Nat
"Just finished listening and I am blown away! I was referred to this cd by my daughter who knows PW through YL. PW you are an amazing talent and from what I hear an even more amazing person. Please keep up your work and hopefully we will cross paths someday." - Keith
